The deadline is upon us! So far a few Nuggets rumors have been reported but not much that’s substantial.

Denver has of course been pursuing a J.J. Hickson trade for some time now, but have found little interest. The other veteran player who’s had news swirling around him has been Randy Foye, and Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting there is quite a bit of interest in the shooting guard. However, with Denver not sure about Jameer Nelson’s wrist injury it doesn’t seem likely they would be willing to deal Foye without some sort of point guard coming back to Denver.

The big names that have been thrown around from the Nuggets roster have been Danilo Gallinari and Kenneth Faried. Gallo is not on the market, but Faried has been said to be available for the right deal. The most likely candidate for a Faried deal might be the Toronto Raptors as GM Masai Ujiri originally drafted the Manimal and the Raptors are in desperate need of a starting caliber power forward. As of 10:30 AM MST though, no deals have been made. Stay tuned!

Update (10:45 AM): Adrian Wojnarowski is now saying that the Nuggets and the Oklahoma City Thunder are in advanced talks regarding a Foye deal.

Update (11:30AM): Per Chris Dempsey, Randy Foye has been traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Update (11:33AM): Per Ken Berger, the Nuggets will receive D.J. Augustin, Steve Novak and two 2nd round picks for Foye.

Update (12:00PM): According to Brian Windhorst, Denver will receive the Thunder’s 2016 2nd round pick as well as the Charlotte Hornets 2016 second round pick.

Update (3:00 PM): According to Marc Stein of ESPN, Denver will buy out Steve Novak and J.J. Hickson contracts. This means the Nuggets will have two open roster spots.
