First time we get the regular season Lakers. I have been impressed with the energy of Xavier Henry and even draft bust Wesley Johnson. Pau Gasol still does his thing and could give the Nuggets big men issues. Mike D’Antoni has been changing up his lineups and we could see Jordan Hill get another start, another big big man.
The Nuggets will need to get out and run and make the Lakers feel the altitude tonight. The team had good energy at shoot-around and Wilson Chandler took a lot of threes afterwards with Nate Robinson feeding him passes and Darrell Arthur rebounding for them. It was good to see the team in high spirits once again, they have been a happy group this season and they said from the go that they have a bunch of silly guys on the team. Hopefully that energy will be translated on the floor and in a win for the Nuggets.
