Nuggets beat Lakers 126-114 in Denver – Benjamin Hochman, The Denver Post
Ben Hochman wraps up the Nuggets big victory of the Los Angeles Lakers last night.
Ding: Lakers still waiting to feel Howard’s inspiration – Kevin Ding, Orange County Register
Snarky column from Kevin Ding about Dwight Howard. Interesting quotes from Mike D’Antoni and Steve Nash. As well as comparing Dwight to Kosta Koufos, and not in a positive way. Also there’s a nice quote from Kenneth Faried about Howard too.

@WojYahooNBAThe Brooklyn Nets have fired coach Avery Johnson, league source tells Yahoo! Sports.
Not surprising at all considering the total collapse of the Brooklyn Nets this last month, and the well known impatience of the team competing with the Knicks for the limelight in New York. P.J. Carlesimo will replace Johnson on an interim basis. Who will be the next coach though? Phil Jackson?
