Michael Porter Jr. got his second dose of NBA action on Thursday night against the Los Angeles Clippers and in his 12 minutes of action really impressed. No, he didn’t take over the game in a KD-like fashion, but he did play within himself and within the team and the result was a boosted bench unit that ended up sealing the win for the Denver Nuggets.
Porter didn’t check in until the fourth quarter but in his limited minutes he showed a knack for getting to the rim, enabling him to get some really easy scores. He finished the night with 12 points while grabbing five boards along the way.
